I want to warmly welcome you to the Republican National Convention here in beautiful Milwaukee, Wisconsin! It is an honor to stand with each of you, and represent our great state of Alaska here at our National Convention. Over the next few days, we will be making history by doing our Party’s important work and nominating President Donald J. Trump to take back the White House!

**IMPORTANT NOTICE 2**
Credentials will be given out each morning for the day’s Convention Sessions at the AKGOP HELP DESK:
Monday | 8:00 AM – 9:30 AM | Receive Day 1 (7/15) credentials
Tuesday | 9:00 AM – 10:00 AM | Receive Day 2 (7/16) credentials
Wednesday | 9:15 AM – 10:15 AM | Receive Day 3 (7/17) credentials
Thursday | 7:45 AM – 8:45 AM | Receive Day 4 (7/18) credentials

**IMPORTANT NOTICE 3**
GOP Express The official shuttle service for the National Convention is the “GOP Express.” This is a free transportation service for all credentialed delegation members and convention guests. We will use this shuttle system to transport Delegation members to events that are not within walking distance. When you get to the hotel and check in with our staff, a pass will be given for your admittance onto the GOP Express. When riding the GOP Express, make sure that you do not leave any items on the bus when you arrive at your destination. There are multiple buses that will be transporting Delegation members and you will not be on the same bus every time.

**IMPORTANT NOTICE 4**
Convention Credentials are to be worn at the Fiserv Arena and on the GOP Express. Please be advised to not wear your credentials when walking around Milwaukee. There is no replacement for any lost credentials, so please be careful and keep up with them throughout the week.

    • Buses will depart the Fiserv Bus Depot post session, up to one-hour after gavel down.

You are welcome to bring water on the bus.

**IMPORTANT NOTICE 6**
GOP Express Bus General Info
Ticketed Convention guests staying in Official Convention Hotels are eligible to ride the GOP Express. Eligible riders will be issued a GOP Express Bus Pass that is valid for the duration of the Convention. These bus passes will be distributed during the Ticket Distribution process on Saturday, July 13, 2024.

  • Riders will be required to show their bus passes to the Law Enforcement Officer and / or General Volunteer prior to boarding the bus.
  • Riders should memorize their Return Route Number. This Return Route Number will help them to locate the correct return route shuttle in the Bus Depot at the conclusion of each evening’s Official Convention Session.
  • The Host Committee will issue 12” x 12” x 6” clear bags to all delegates and alternates. Onlythese bags (or bags that are smaller than these dimensions) will be permitted on the GOP Express.
  • The GOP Express Bus Depot will only provide entry into the secure pedestrian restriction perimeter. Please ensure that your delegation boards the bus with the proper ticket and do not bring anything on the U.S. Secret Service’s Prohibited Items List (attached).

★ CONVENTION FEST

I am excited to share that the 2024 Republican National Convention will feature Convention Fest – the delegate experience hub for delegates, alternates, guests, media, and VIPs!

Convention Fest will be located within the secured Convention Complex perimeter, approximately a 5-minute walk from the Fiserv Forum. Convention Fest will be open from 2:00 PM to 5:30 PM each day, July 15 through July 18. The official inner security perimeter transportation system, the Trump Trolley, will also be available on a continuous loop during Convention Fest hours from the Fiserv Forum to Convention Fest.
